Course Fees: On submission of the registration form, further course details and your invoice will be forwarded by email. The additional details will include recommendations for local hotels where you can book to stay for the duration of the course. To ensure your place on this course we recommend that you pay the course invoice on receipt and, in any case, within 30 days. Your place on this course will be confirmed when full payment has been received.


Refund Policy:

Time of Cancellation
At least 30 days prior to event 75% of fee
30 - 15 days prior to event 50% of fee
Less than 15 days prior to event No Refund
Full Credit for another training

Please note that no refunds will be given for cancellations received less than two weeks before the programme date. In fairness to all attendees, confirmed participants who do not cancel and do not attend are liable for the entire fee unless
Values in Business Ltd
is notified in advance. If notified in advance within the 2 week period, a credit for future training will be provided.


Course Cancellation: In the unlikely event that there are not enough registrants then a course may be cancelled by Values in Business Ltd by giving a minimum 21 days notice to confirmed participants prior to the scheduled start. Should the course be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, there will be no compensation for any expenses incurred by the registrants. In these circumstances, the course will be rescheduled as soon as possible taking into account confirmed participants availability wherever possible.


Special Needs: We would like to meet any special needs you may have. If you have any dietary restrictions or disabilities, please inform us when you register for the program and again when you check in on the day of the program.
